Experimental test sieve use method and precautions

Instructions:

First, determine the standard sieve to be selected according to the materials to be inspected and the corresponding standards.

Second, the standard sieve tools are stacked on the tray base according to the aperture from large to small, from bottom to top, and the standard sieve tool is positioned by the groove or the positioning screw.

3. Put the material to be tested into the standard sieve at the upper end of the Zui (or cover the standard sieve top cover) and then press the nut on the wire column with the sieve head on the wire column to press the nut on the standard sieve screw. Tight standard sieve. (Note: Use force on both sides and lock with a locking screw.)

4. Put the timer switch in the corresponding position. (Note that the reading timer indicates that the setting time is different for different settings.) Then turn on the power switch and the inspection screen will start working.

5. After the standard inspection screen is stopped, unscrew the nut on the wire column, remove the sieve head, and carefully remove the standard sieve.

6. Turn off the power.

Precautions:

First, the standard analysis sieve requires horizontal placement.

2. Confirm that the power supply and requirements are consistent and ensure grounding.

3. The vibrating part cannot be in contact with other objects.

4. The standard sieve tool must be positioned by a groove or a set screw.
