Electronic balance operating procedures:
1. First of all, you should know that the ambient temperature of the electronic balance is 10 °C ~ 30 °C, and the relative humidity is < 75% . The balance should be placed on a stable work surface to avoid vibration, sun exposure and airflow impact.
2. Check whether the voltage conversion switch of the instrument is consistent with the used voltage before starting the power. After the voltage is selected, the transfer switch cannot be switched at will. Then adjust the leveling foot screw so that the blisters are at the center of the level.
3. After the new machine is used, after relocation or after 30 days of continuous use , the balance should be calibrated according to the method in the manual.
4. Before each weighing, the balance should be preheated for 1 hour. After turning on the machine, the display must be zeroed before weighing. When weighing, you must wait for the “ 0 †mark in the lower left corner of the display to go out before reading.
5. The items to be tested must be handled gently during weighing to avoid impact and vibration of the instrument. The spilled of the tested item should be avoided, causing corrosion of the instrument and affecting the weighing accuracy. It is not allowed to weigh more than the allowable range to avoid damage to the instrument. When weighing the heated item, it must be cooled to room temperature before weighing.
6. After the weighing is finished, the display can be turned off after returning to zero. If the balance does not need to be plugged out for a long time, the scale of the balance must be kept empty when the power is turned off.
Electronic balance operation notes:
1. Before the electronic balance is weighed, it should be checked whether it is normal, whether it is in the horizontal position, and whether the glass frame is clean inside or outside.
2 , the weighing object can not exceed the balance load, can not weigh the hot object.
Corrosive or hygroscopic objects must be weighed in a closed container.
3. For all weighings in the same chemical test, the same balance should be used from start to finish. Using different balances will cause errors.
4. Each balance is equipped with a fixed weight. You cannot use the weight of other balances.
5 , keep the weight clean and dry, the weight is picked up with tweezers, can not be taken by hand, used up and put back into the weight box.
6. After the weighing is completed, check whether the balance beam is lifted, whether the weight has been returned, whether the index disk is turned to "0" , whether the power supply is cut off, and whether the side door is closed. Finally cover the balance and fill in the usage record.
7. Always keep the inside of the balance clean, if necessary, wipe it with a soft brush or silk cloth or wipe it with absolute ethanol.
8. The desiccant should be placed in the balance. The weighing must not exceed the maximum load of the balance.
