The tiller is a miniature agricultural machine, and the supporting power is mainly a diesel engine of 7.5 kilowatts or less. The machine has a small size, light weight, multi-function, flexible operation, strong practicality, safe and efficient, easy maintenance, good passability.

At present, China's micro-tillage machines are widely used in fields such as plains, mountain terraces, tea garden fruit trees, greenhouses and other large and medium-sized agricultural machinery difficult to work, and through the quick connection device connected with a variety of agricultural machinery, to complete cultivation, sorghum and other operation.

First, install and adjust

(a) installation

1. Assembly after unpacking

(1) Mount the diesel engine with rated power less than or equal to 7.5 kilowatts on the rack, and then install the belt. After adjusting the tightness of the belt, tighten the bolts of the fixed diesel engine and fix the diesel engine.

(2) Fix the connection bolt between the plywood and the tire, loosen the bolts on the plywood plate, pass the output shaft of the lower part of the gearbox assembly into the plywood, adjust the track distance, and pay attention to the symmetrical relationship between the two wheels and then tighten the bolts on the plywood. Bolt lock.

(3) Installation of the handrail frame: align the two tooth plates on the handrail frame with the gear plate on the handrail frame, and pay attention to adjust the up and down position of the handrail frame, and use the bolts, flat pads and spring washers attached to it to connect and lock .

(4) Assembly of the shift lever: The shift lever is inserted through the slot of the shift support block, inserted into the hole of the shift sleeve, and fixed with the split pin, and the shift lever is placed in the “neutral” position.

(5) Put the shift limit block on the shift lever, and then put the shift lever in the “fast” position. The shift limit block is tightly attached to the support block and locked with bolts.

2 zipper installation and adjustment

(1) Adjustment of the clutch zipper

1 Loosen the lock nut on the screw.

2 Rotate the screw clockwise to expose the handrail frame as short as possible.

3 Pass the cable end into the clutch cable holder on the rear of the gearbox assembly and ensure that the cable end falls into the large hole in the cable seat.

4 Pass the steel wire through the hole of the movable arm's movable seat, press down the clutch fork arm properly, and hang the zipper thread head into the clutch line seat.

5 Unscrew the screw and hold it tightly. While releasing the clutch handle, tighten the lock nut when the handle is reset.

(2) Adjusting the reverse zipper

1 Loosen the lock nut on the screw.

2 Rotate the screw clockwise to expose the handrail frame as short as possible.

3 Pass the drawstring through the reverse shift fork shaft on the side of the gearbox and ensure that the wire end falls into the large hole in the fork shaft.

4 Move the reverse shift fork shaft clockwise and thread the pull rope through the narrow slit of the reverse side block of the gearbox, and ensure that the guide head falls into the large hole of the thread seat.

5 Unscrew the screw and hold it tightly. Loosen the reverse handle. When the spring force can reset the handle, tighten the lock nut.

(3) Adjustment of throttle cable

1 Set the throttle switch to the maximum position.

2 Pass the wire rope in the throttle cable through the threaded post and the fixed seat above the diesel engine throttle adjusting plate.

3 Tighten the wire and tighten the fastening screw on the holder.

4 Repeatedly adjust the throttle switch until the throttle lever on the throttle adjustment plate can reach the maximum and minimum positions.

(B) run-in test run

1. In order to ensure the normal use of the tiller and extend its service life, the new machine and the overhauled tiller must be run-in.

2. Before the break-in test run, the fasteners such as bolts at the main connection points of the tiller must be fastened first, and fuel, lubricant, and cooling water must be added, so that the V-belt tension and the tire pressure are in the specified state.

3. Perform multiple braking and steering tests during the run-in and check that the joystick is working properly.

4. After the break-in, carry out maintenance and inspection according to the level 1 technical maintenance contents and replace the oil.

(III) Adjustment

1.V belt elastic adjustment

The V-belts should be of equal length and the elasticity must be appropriate. Over-tightening will shorten the life of the V-belt and the machine; too loose will have the power to slip and not fully transmit the engine.

(1) Adjustment requirements: Check whether the V-belt is tight and press the middle of the V-belt with four fingers, generally 15-30 mm, which is suitable for elasticity.

(2) Adjustment method: Loosen the four fixed nuts under the engine and loosen the fixed throttle lever bolts and lock nuts accordingly. Use a wrench to adjust the adjustment bolts at the front of the rack, and then tighten the screws after moving to a suitable position. Nut, get adjusted.

2. Clutch adjustment

The adjustment of the clutch includes two parts: one is the adjustment of the length of the clutch lever; the other is the adjustment of the clearance between the release bearing and the head of the release lever.

(1) Adjustment requirements: When the clutch is in the normal working state, the clearance between the release bearing and the release lever is required to be 0.3-0.5 mm, and the three separate lever heads are on the same level.

(2) Adjustment method: The clutch handle is placed at the position of “closed” and the length of the clutch lever is adjusted properly. Loosen the lock nut, adjust the clearance according to the adjustment requirements, and then adjust the locking nut.

3. Adjustment of steering mechanism

(1) Adjustment requirements: Ensure that the steering mechanism is completely separated and reliably combined, and that the steering mechanisms on the left and right sides are uniformly adjusted, and the clearance between the steering handle and the lower end of the handrail when separating is 2-4 mm.

(2) Adjustment method: Adjust by adjusting the length of the left and right steering rods.

4. Throttle adjustment

Loosen the nut and screw, turn the throttle handle counterclockwise to the limit position, adjust the length of the throttle lever, so that the diesel engine speed control lever is just in the position of flameout (stopping the oil supply), tighten the screw and lock the nut.

5. Adjustment of track

(1) Adjustment requirements: According to different operation requirements and the width of the walking road, the wheel alignment should be adjusted accordingly.

(2) Adjustment method: Loosen the nuts on the two clamping plates to adjust the tire to a suitable position and tighten the nuts.

Second, operation and use

1. Preparation and start before operation

(1) Inspect the lubricating oil, fuel, and water according to the requirements in the engine's instruction manual.

(2) Check the gearbox oil level.

(3) Check that the main connection member connection bolts are tight.

(4) Place the clutch handle in the “off” position, the shift handle in the “neutral” position, and the throttle in the “start” position.

(5) Start the engine according to the engine instruction manual.

2. Start

(1) Lift the landing gear.

(2) Place the shift lever on the desired gear.

(3) Increase the throttle (no load can also use a small throttle) slowly and smoothly to relax the clutch handle to the "closed" position, the tiller will start.

(4) When stepping backwards, you should pay attention to the handrail and lift it up. Therefore, when you hang the reverse gear and lower the clutch handle, it should be gentle. At the same time, it is safer to use a small throttle.

3. Turn

(1) When steering on a flat road, the handrail can be steered to turn left or right on the handlebars. If a tailwheel is fitted, the footboard can be operated with the foot at the same time, and the left and right steering can be obtained by swinging left or right. For single steering, reduce the speed (decrease the throttle) to prevent overturning.

(2) When descending a slope from a relatively large slope, it is best to use the manpower to push the handrail to steer left or right. If steering is done with the steering handle, the opposite direction to the flat road is to pinch the left steering handle to the right , and pinch right turn handlebar turn left.

4. Speed ​​limit

The speed limit for stand-alone operations must not exceed 6 km/h to prevent overturning.

5. Parking

(1) Place the clutch handle on the "off" position.

(2) The shift lever is placed in the "neutral" position.

(3) Gradually reduce the throttle until the engine stalls.

(4) Place the clutch handle in the "closed" position.

Third, maintenance and maintenance

(I) Technical maintenance

1. Technical maintenance per class

(1) Scrub the outside of the tiller and observe whether there is any oil leakage or air leakage.

(2) Check the connection of various parts, and check the connection bolts of the rack, the mount frame and the gearbox body, and the fastening bolts of the drive wheels.

(3) Check that the amount of oil and cooling water are sufficient and add if necessary. After use in the freezing period, the cooling water should be completely discharged.

(4) Check the tightness of the V-belt and the tire pressure, and adjust and inflate if necessary.

(5) Check if the operating conditions (engine noise, smoke emission, noise of gear box operation, etc.) are normal. If it is abnormal, repair it in time.

(6) The air cleaner can be maintained after 8-50 hours depending on the operating conditions.

(7) Lubricate according to the instruction manual.

2. First-level technical maintenance

(1) The contents of each job specified in each class of technical maintenance shall be implemented.

(2) Replace the engine oil, remove the oil filter from the diesel filter, and clean the oil filter.

(3) Check that the clearance between the clutch release bearing and the clutch release lever and the intake and exhaust valves and the decompression mechanism meets the requirements, and adjust if necessary.

(4) Check the operating status of the operating mechanism (clutch and steering) and adjust if necessary.

(5) Clean the oil filter unit of the fuel tank, check the tightness of the engine head nut, and tighten if necessary.

(6) Check the gearbox's oil level and add less if it is insufficient.

(7) Lubricate according to the instruction manual.

3. Secondary technical maintenance (per 500 hours after work)

(1) The contents of the implementation of the provisions of the first-level technical maintenance.

(2) Clean the gearbox, change the oil, and the oil level of the lubricant should be slightly higher than the oil level bolt holes.

(3) Clean diesel engine carbon deposits and oil contamination, check the working conditions of various parts (such as valve sealing, piston ring opening clearance, fuel atomization, etc.), perform necessary repairs and adjustments, and adjust the test engine after assembly.

(4) Remove scale from the tank and water jacket.

(5) Lubricate according to the instruction manual.

4. Technical overhaul (per 1500-2000 hours after work)

(1) Clean all parts with detergent.

(2) Check the technical condition of bearings, oil seals and wearing parts and replace them if necessary.

(3) Check the reliability of the fork spring and steering spring and replace if necessary.

(4) Check gears, shafts, and forks, etc., and replace if necessary.

(5) The engine is repaired according to its instructions.

(two) matters needing attention

1. Keep the oil filler and lubrication tools clean and prevent dirt contamination.

2. Change the oil in the gearbox to be carried out after stopping. Put the oil out of the heat, add the appropriate amount of diesel oil from the gearbox filling port, drain the diesel after washing, and add the new oil.

3. The lubricant is used as specified.
