(1) The electrical box of the dissolved air flotation machine should generally be placed on the side of the escalator, and the environment should be clean and clean.

(2) Before installing the dissolved air flotation machine, the foundation must be compacted. And use concrete mortar padding 100-150mm. It can also be installed overhead, but the foundation must be able to bear the weight of the equipment during operation.

(3) The clean water outlet can be connected to the sewer discharge. If it is necessary to enter the next treatment process, it can be directly connected to the next processing equipment.

(4) The level needs to be adjusted after the equipment is in place.

(5) The connection pipe between the sewage inlet and the reaction tank should be as short as possible to prevent the suspected body from being damaged in the pipeline.

(6) The sludge outlet can be connected to the sludge tank or sludge treatment equipment.

(7) The dissolved air flotation machine needs to be installed with a sewer for cleaning. It can be used to dig open channels, or it can be directly connected to the regulating tank by pipes to flush out the water in the air floating pool.

The precautions and daily maintenance of the dissolved air flotation machine are as follows:

(1) Clean water pump, air compressor and scraper should be lubricated regularly. Generally, the air compressor should be oiled once every two months and oil once every six months.

(2) The sewage entering the dissolved air flotation machine must be added, otherwise the effect is not satisfactory.

(3) The pressure gauge reading on the dissolved gas tank shall not exceed 0.6 MPa.

(4) Regularly check whether the safety valve on the dissolved gas tank of the dissolved air flotation machine is working reliably.

(5) When the release device is clogged, the vacuum valve can be opened to open the release tab and clean it with clean water.

(6) The air flotation tank should be cleaned regularly according to the amount of sediment.
