1. Before starting the machine, a comprehensive inspection must be carried out. The fasteners must not be loose. The handles are flexible. Turn the pulleys by hand. The running parts should be normal. There should be no abnormal noise. Then add 68# oil in the gear box. The type oil press is filled with 0.5kg, and the 125 type oil press is filled with 12.5kg.

2. Loosen the lock nut and turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise. (The adjustment handle rotates counterclockwise, the gap of the cake is narrowed, the adjustment handle rotates clockwise, and the gap between the cakes becomes wider.) The cone of the screw is pressed against the cake ring. Cone, then turn the adjustment screw clockwise (spin out 3-5 turns), then tighten the lock nut and prepare to start.

Third, the machine is connected to the three-phase four-wire power supply. After the power is turned on, the spindle should rotate counterclockwise. In any case, the machine must have a good grounding device, otherwise it will not be turned on.

Fourth, adjust the temperature controller to adjust the temperature required for pressing 120 ° C -180 ° C (depending on the oil) to open the heating switch to the host heating position, heating the machine to heat, then the temperature controller is automatically controlled and kept in the settings During the temperature, when the temperature is low in winter, the heating switch should be turned to a strong heating position to raise the temperature of the oil pan to facilitate the smooth flow of oil.

5. Press the main motor button (the main switch is turned to the positive position). The main unit starts to run, and the rotation direction should be counterclockwise.

6. After the new oil press is installed, it is subjected to 4-8 hours of grinding. The method is to slowly feed the cake with the dried oil from the hopper, repeatedly press back, and the squeezing is polished. Remember to start grinding and not to feed. Directly pour into the hopper, and feed with the hand is appropriate, in order to prevent the screw shaft from being stuck. If the feeding is too strong, if there is abnormal sound in the bomb or the shaft is stuck, stop immediately, eliminate the obstruction, or After reassembling, start the grinding and forcibly forcibly trailer.

VII. When normal oil is pressed, it is necessary to keep the feeding evenly. Avoid excessive or little material loss, keep the machine load normal, run smoothly, the sound is rhythm u, the thickness of the cake is normally controlled at 0.8-2mm, and the cake is smooth. The low pressure section is basically slag-free, and there is a small amount of oil slag in the high pressure section, but the proportion of the slag in the oil is not more than 10%, and the temperature inside the squeezing can reach 150-200 °C, and the blue smoke emerging from the cake mouth should be smoked through the shield. The tube is discharged, and the hot cake should be spread out in time. Do not rush to pile up or ship. Otherwise, spontaneous combustion will occur. When the equipment is working continuously for a long time and the machine temperature is too high, the fan should be cooled by air blower.

8. When the pressed oil flows into the oil filter, press the vacuum pump button, the vacuum pump starts to run, the air inside the oil filter is extracted, the negative pressure is formed in the oil filter barrel, and the oil above is naturally drawn into the filter. Oiler, and the oil residue is isolated on the filter cloth. After the press is finished, after the oil is pumped out, the valve on the oil filter is turned on, the vacuum pump is stopped, the dry residue is formed on the filter cloth, and scraped off with a scraper. The pure oil in the oil filter is discharged from the valve at the bottom of the oil filter.
