The difference between Zhejiang Ophiopogon and Sichuan Ophiopogon

Zhejiang Ophiopogon japonicus and Sichuan Ophiopogon.

(1) Zhejiang wheat winter spindle-shaped, translucent, yellow-white surface; quality flexible, white teeth, woody heart. Sweet taste, chewing sticky.

First Class: Within 50 grains per 50 grams, without roots.

Second Class: Less than 280 grains per 50 grams, more than the same.

Third grade: Beside every 50 grams of 280 grains, the minimum is not less than the size of the wheat kernels, no roots, oil particles, rotten head no more than 10%.

(2) Chuanmai winter spindle-shaped, translucent, pale white surface; cross-section white, soft woody heart. Sweet taste, chewing less sticky.

First Class: No more than 190 capsules per 50 grams.

Second Class: Within 50 grains per 50 grams, more than the same.

Third grade: Beside the 300 grains per 50 grams, the minimum is not less than the size of the wheat grain, there is no more than 10% of oil and oil particles, and the same is the same.

Exports are divided into four categories according to the standards of Zhejiang Province.

First Class: bright yellow color, uniform particles, fat, 2.54cm long.

Second class: Small particles, about 2.54cm long.

Third grade: color is obvious, the particle size is uneven and thin, 2.54cm long.

Fourth grade: The color difference is thin and thin, varying in length, mostly below 2.54cm.
