3. Open the cover, dry the water with gauze or roll paper, then drop 2 drops of fruit and vegetable juice on the prism glass surface as above, and observe the scale on the light and dark boundary line in the field of view, which is soluble in the juice. Solid content (%) (approximately the content of sugar). repeat three times.
