Seal strength test and leak test for pharmaceutical packaging

Seal strength testing and leak proof testing of pharmaceutical packaging are required to be completed during process control. Instruments that test for package leaks are often referred to as package integrity testers, and leak tests and seal strength tests must conform to ISO-11607 (Regular Disinfection Standard for Medical Packaging Equipment). Leak proof test The leak proof test of the package is to test the barrier layer of the entire package. Other pharmaceutical packaging such as blister packs or blister packs, and other food soft packs such as food vacuum packaging containers, sealing film packaging bags, cup-type capping packages, etc., must be used for container leak testing and sealing tests. The test is carried out by means of pressure decay or vacuum decay leakage under sealed conditions.
