Blasting arm vibrating screen (vibrating screen) structure: This machine is composed of screen box, vibration motor (vibration motor), vibration damping system and chassis. The sieve box is composed of a sieve frame, a sieve plate, a lining plate and the like.

This series of sieve machine uses high-performance, high-life YZO series vibration motor or vibration exciter as the excitation source, adjusts the vibration source excitation force, and can change the amplitude of the sieve machine. The damping system consists of a rubber spring and a clamp, a support base and the like. The underframe is composed of a material warehouse and a chassis frame. This series of vibrating screen excitation source installation methods can be divided into upper vibration type and lower vibration type. The vibration shock absorber installation method can be divided into seat type or hanging type. It can also be designed and manufactured according to user needs.


The installation and adjustment of the elastic arm vibrating screen (vibration screen) fixes the channel steel of the chassis to the foundation, so that the height difference of the front and rear support seats is the same, and the support plates on both sides of the same end (feeding end or discharge end) are in the same In the horizontal plane, the error is within 20mm.

The rubber springs have been tested for stiffness before leaving the factory. Springs with the same stiffness (or similar) should be selected at different support positions of the same shaker. When installing, put the rubber spring on the lower support seat, so that the boss on the support seat enters the inner hole of the spring, and then hoist the sieve box. The inner hole of the rubber spring must be aligned with the boss of the support plate. The screen box is vertically dropped and placed on the rubber spring. At this time, the height of the rubber spring of each support point should be the same, and the error is not more than 2mm.

When the user needs to adjust the screen inclination angle, the fixing bolt of the clamp can be loosened, the upper support seat can be rotated, and the rear support seat can be raised (or lowered), and the distance between the front and rear support seats can be adjusted, so that the inclination angle of the screen surface meets the requirements.

The connection of each part of the sieve machine must be firm and reliable. All bolts must not be loose. The parts and components must not have any abnormal sound. The small gap between the vibration part of the sieve machine and the surrounding fixture is 30-50mm.

When the sieve machine is shipped from the factory, the double amplitude is 5-7mm. The user can adjust the angle between the two eccentric blocks of the vibration motor or the vibration exciter, adjust the magnitude of the excitation force, and adjust the amplitude of the sieve machine.
