5. Do not apply butter when installing the cylinder head gasket. Many agricultural machine operators are accustomed to applying butter when installing cylinder mats. They believe that this can increase the airtightness of cylinders. Because of the loss of butter after high temperatures, gaps between cylinder pads, cylinder heads and the plane of the body, high-temperature and high-pressure gas can easily be impacted from here, destroying cylinder mats and causing air leakage. In addition, the butter will produce carbon deposits at high temperatures for a long time, resulting in premature aging of the cylinder mats.

6, the throttle can not be placed in the maximum fuel supply position. 7. Carefully check and maintain the new car. Some young agricultural machinery operators mistakenly believe that with the technology, the current safety performance of locomotives is very reliable, so after the new car has been bought, it will not be carefully checked and maintained except after grinding and testing. As a result, the problems are frequent and the repentance is very poor. Check the maintenance method is: (1) Check the level 3 air filter oil in the oil pan. (2) Check the tightening of the bolts in each department. (3) Check and adjust the injection pressure. (4) Change the oil in the oil pan, clean the oil pan and the lubricating oil road.

8. It is forbidden to add cold water after the water tank “opens pan”.
