Daffodil planting

Daffodil can be grown in many ways. It can be divided into three types: soil culture, water culture and sand culture. Here we introduce them separately.

Soil culture:

The method of soil cultivation of daffodils is relatively simple and common. The daffodil head was vertically implanted into the pot soil, and the soil was covered until the leaf buds were exposed. If multiple flower heads are replanted, the orientation of the buds should be toward the center of the flower pot toward the flower pot. After planting, water is often poured into water and placed in a place where there is sufficient sunlight and air circulation. Soil daffodil blooms in about 35 days.

Hydroponics:

The daffodil hydroponics method is as follows: First, the daffodil head is used to remove mud and dried roots, and the bulbous brown skin is peeled off (being better after peeling, and it can also be directly hydroponic without peeling), and the water is placed in a vertical basin to be fed with water. Through the root can be about 2-3cm. When the growing season is in a sunny, well-ventilated place away from heaters such as heaters and stoves, it is best to change the water once a day, on the one hand, to prevent the deterioration of the water causing root rot, and on the other hand, to change the water every day, the root of the water to grow cleanly. It is also pretty and beautiful.

When the buds want to move, they can move to cool indoor areas and maintain a certain low temperature environment, which can effectively extend the flowering period;

The northern part of the country has a dry winter climate and sprays water on the plants every day, which is conducive to the vigorous growth of the daffodils.

Temperature can be hydroponic below 20 degrees. It usually takes place during the period from November to Spring Festival (now it is time).

Hydroponic daffodil temperature is best controlled at 5-15 degrees, not below zero. Before flowering: high temperature, fast growth, otherwise slow. After flowering: the temperature is low and the flowering period is long, and vice versa.

Daffodil hydroponic culture takes about 30 days, and the flowering period is about 15 days.

Hydroponic daffodils speed up flowering methods: warm water or increase sunlight exposure time.

Hydroponic daffodil Delayed flowering methods: Increase the number of water changes or add ice water or reduce sunlight exposure time.

Hydroponic daffodil flowerpots: Use shallow basins to expose the white roots of daffodil and increase ornamental value. Mainly used plastic pots, transparent pots (plastic pots), ceramic pots and so on.

Water dwarf daffodil dwarf method: According to the sun, use the dwarf prime or drain the water in the pot at night, until the next morning, add water to prevent the leaves from going mad and play the role of dwarf and robust plants.

Shapei:

Sandpiper daffodils are best cleaned with fine sand. Pots also require a good breathable tile basin. Before the planting, the sand is put into the pot, and it is mounted to the edge of the pot at 3 cm. Then the old stalks and old roots are peeled off. The daffodil head is located in a pot filled with fine sand, and about 1 cm of sand is added, so that the daffodil's head is buried in the sand about 1 cm. Then drench water in the shade. Put it in a sunny place until it blooms after 5 days. Planting the daffodil in the sand should be irrigated with water every day. Watering in time will cause water shortage and affect the growth of the flower roots. Watering is scheduled in the morning and evening.
