1 , the status quo

The composition of the ribbon is very simple, that is, the belt base woven from nylon yarn is made by soaking and dyeing the ink. Temperature range: 120 ~ 180 °C ; Advantages: excellent rub resistance, clear printing, resistant to cooking, frozen at 20 °C .

2 , testing standards

In this paper, the adhesion of the ink layer inside the ribbon is tested by using GB 8808 "Soft Composite Plastic Material Peel Test Method".

4.1 Test principle

The sample is clamped between the two chucks of the clamp, and the two chucks are moved relative to each other. The force value sensor and the built-in displacement sensor on the movable chuck are used to collect the force value change and displacement during the test. The change is performed to calculate the performance indexes such as adhesion, peel strength, tensile strength, and deformation rate of the sample.

5 , the test process

(1) Take 5 strips of each of the 24 mm × 100 mm ribbon samples .

(2) Take the same width tape (force value is about 3 N ) and bond the sample together with a standard load, rolling speed and rolling times with a YGJ-02 adhesive belt press .

(3) Clamp the tape and the ribbon with the upper and lower clamps of the device, so that the long axis direction of the sample coincides with the center line of the two clamps.

(4) Set the sample name, sample thickness, test temperature, test humidity and other parameters.

(5) Click the test start option, the test starts, the equipment automatically tests the force value during the sample stripping process, and reports the end result of the Zui test.

6 , test results

The results of the two ribbon samples are as follows: 30 mm ribbon peeling force 0.037 N , 0.034 N , 0.040 N , 0.033 N , 0.041 N ; 25 mm ribbon peeling force 3.619 N , 3.046 N , 2.917 N , 2.878 N , 2.808 N .
