The teacher who guided me this time was a senior engineer in Bibi as a senior maintenance engineer. His comparison is more than the experience of product maintenance, and he is familiar with it.
Bibi products are all-encompassing, I will not give you an example. Here, I only pick out the fault points and maintenance methods that often appear in several experimental instruments.
1.SA8 (whirlpool oscillator): I believe that this instrument is very familiar to everyone. If there is no electricity at startup, you can check whether the fuse has been burnt. If it is impossible to judge from the surface phenomenon, you can use a multimeter to measure; when using If there is a sharp noise in the process or you hear the sound of the motor rotating but do not rotate, you can check whether the belt that drives the motor inside is loose. If the test tube is pressed but does not rotate, it may be the sensor on the PCB. The problem is to move the sensor contact piece in the appropriate position.
2. Heating plate type: If the indicator light is completely off, the instrument can't get electricity, you can check the undertube, and because there are many types of heating plates, some fuses are on the internal PCB, some are below the power line input. Specifically, look at the model; the panel is not heated, it may be the damage of the heating element; if the SCTE and the heating plate used in the probe are faulty, the first thing is to separate the scte/ probe from the host, and then remove it one by one. The scte/probe is still a malfunction of the main unit; if the heating plate with magnetic stirring function cannot be stirred, the motor or PCB board is faulty.

3. Shaker: When the speed is uncontrolled, there is abnormal sound, no shaking, and the shaking is not smooth, it can be judged that the motor sensor or the bearing is faulty.

4. The last one is our high-end PCR instrument . It happens that the factory has a faulty machine, and the money worker will take me to repair it. We have been turned on after booting up. After a while, an error code: 1018 is displayed, and we can't enter the system page. According to the customer's fault description, all programs are lost and the temperature gradient is all zero. The money workers initially judged that the system needs to be brushed. This situation is similar to the sudden collapse of the computer and needs to be re-brushed. We first made a software on the computer, copied into the u disk and inserted into the USB interface of the PCR. Bibi's PCR is a smart route in the development and production. Many cumbersome operations and complicated settings are designed to be simple. It is. So inserting a USB flash drive will automatically refresh the system. There is no need to manually manipulate anything. After a while, the system has been refreshed successfully. I restarted and found that the machine still could not enter the operation page. The guess is that it is a hardware failure. The next step is to check the hardware. After cutting off the power, start looking at the PCB inside. After a period of careful investigation, I finally found that the PCB is connected to the instrument and the cable is loose. (It is estimated that the connection line caused by improper handling during transportation is loose). Find out why, and everything is working out. We changed a new cable and the machine will work.

Through the training of the physical products of the products, I have learned a lot of skills for maintenance, and further improve the hands-on ability to better solve problems for customers.
