Common faults are:
1. Into the bottle net belt deviation (1) Open the mesh belt motor, observe the deviation of the mesh belt, and then adjust the adjustment bolt at the rear of the mesh belt bracket. Where the mesh belt runs, adjust the bolt to tighten the side. Some, until the balance of operation;
(2) Adjust the tensioning wheel of the mesh belt, and the side of the mesh belt can be lifted up to the side of the tensioning wheel, and vice versa;
(3) Adding a positioning pressure roller on both sides of the mesh belt can effectively prevent the deviation of the mesh belt.
2. When the bottle is walking on the mesh belt, go up.
2.1 Reason analysis (1) The bottle sensor switch is not adjusted, the bottle is arranged too tightly, causing the bottle to go up;
(2) The frictional resistance between the elastic plate and the bottle is large, which makes it difficult to move the bottle forward;
(3) The working surface of the mesh belt is not flat, and the bottle rises and falls with the rotation of the mesh belt;
(4) The unevenness of the mesh belt is caused by the unevenness of the left and right sides of the mesh belt, causing the bottle to fluctuate up and down;
(5) The speed of the mesh belt is too fast, which is also the reason for the bottle to go up.
2.2 Corresponding treatment method (1) The spring force can be appropriately reduced;
(2) A material having a small frictional resistance, such as a Teflon plate, may be added to one side of the elastic plate;
(3) Use the net belt to level or use the net belt in reverse;
(4) Replace the bracket to ensure the bottle is stable;
(5) Appropriately reduce the speed of the mesh belt.
