China is more cautious about food additives
Grow
lighting can be one of the most essential factors to successful plant
production in a commercial greenhouse because grow lights help to lighten shady
spots and propagation areas in the greenhouse. If you are growing tropical
plants, you may need to set up grow lights if the plants don't get at least
eight hours of sun each day. Most crops benefit from supplemental lighting,
when increased growth and quality is converted into added revenue. We provide Growing Light and complete systems for
your greenhouses.

Our country is more concerned with ensuring that the additives used do not harm human health," said Sun Baoguo, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and vice president of Beijing Technology and Business University, during an interview with China Economics Online.
Sun Baoguo said that there is an unwritten rule on the use of additives in China: Generally speaking, only when there are more than two developed countries in the world that have been approved for use and food additives that have not experienced problems for some time will be considered for listing. We go to the list of food additives in our country. Unless it is something that is unique to our country, it has proved to be no problem for thousands of years. For example, we have been using sweet-scented osmanthus and we have been the first to list food additives.
China's national food additive standards, that is, the 2011 version of the national standard, allows the use of 2397 kinds of food additives. In addition, some varieties of food additives will be supplemented at regular intervals in China, and backward varieties of food additives will be eliminated. For food additives that are allowed to use, the national standard also specifies the maximum amount of use, the scope of use, and so on.
In terms of supervision, Sun Baoguo said that the mode of supervision in various countries is basically a permissive system. The license system is a list of products that are allowed to be used or not allowed without approval. “Apart from the list, our country also restricts the varieties that are allowed. For example, lemon yellow, which is a food additive that our country allows, is a coloring agent. However, China does not allow the use of lemon yellow in steamed buns. If it is used in steamed buns, It violated our country's regulations." Sun Baoguo said.
